  • All alarms are actionable and have basic analysis complete.
  • Same source calls are the predominant types of calls. ¬†
    • Thresholds assigned before alarm comes in.
    • A call to the end user is needed to validate.
    • DMS is notified of the activity.
  • Outbound international calls are being monitored.
  • Calls being monitored are off-net calls. This does not filter ¬†agency to agency calls.
  • Numbers on a black-list are applied globally.
  • Cannot block for a specific time frame, to do this is manual.
